JEAN MICHEL JARRE
'AERÓ' CONCERTS UPDATE

APRIL
28TH: Jean
Michel Jarre has secured around 12.5 Million Danish Kroner in Sponsorship,
approximately 50% of the Sponsorship needed, for his proposed 'AERÓ'
Concerts, scheduled to take place at the Gammel Vra Enge Windmill Park
in Aalborg, Denmark on September 6th & 7th 2002.
In a recent Interview on Danish National Radio (DR-Nordjylland), Jean
Michel Jarre's Management stated that they are now in charge of trying
to secure the remaining 12.5 Million Danish Kroner needed in Sponsorship,
taking over from 'MUSKELSVINDFONDEN' (Danish Muscles Dystrophy Foundation)
who are now preparing Denmark's Annual 'GREEN' Concerts.
Jean Michel Jarre's Management are confident that Jean Michel Jarre's
proposed 'AERÓ' Concerts will go ahead as planned, with the Deadline
for gathering the 3 Million Euros (approximately 25 Million Danish Kroner)
needed in Sponsorship, extended from May 1st 2002 to July 1st 2002.

JEAN MICHEL JARRE
AT 'LE PRINTEMPS DE BOURGES'

APRIL
13TH: Yesterday,
Jean Michel Jarre performed what he described as his smallest Concert
ever, when he performed a Special Concert for 100 People at his 'AUDIO
BRUNCH' at the 26th Annual 'LE PRINTEMPS DE BOURGES' Music Festival in
Bourges, France.
Jean Michel Jarre and Francis Rimbert performed 4 Unreleased Tracks, starting
with a reworking of Jean Michel Jarre's 'BLEU', originally composed in
1969, but first performed as part of the Ballet 'AOR' in 1971, before
performing a reworking of 'METAMORPHOSES', an Unreleased Track originally
intended for his Current Album, which was used for the Video Installation
at Global Tekno in Avignon, France in 2000.
Jean Michel Jarre then went on to perform 2 Untitled Tracks, that in Jean
Michel Jarre's own words were created Last Week, and were made for the
event. Jean Michel Jarre does not know at this stage whether they will
ever get released or be included on a forthcoming Album.
Jean Michel Jarre's Official Web-Site (www.jarre.net)
have Photographs and Video Clips online from the event, and Renaud Mavre
has kindly donated JARRE UK his Photographs from the event...Click
