POWERSTOCK TICKET REFUNDS
AUGUST
20TH: The
Powerstock Festival Organisers have contacted JARRE UK again today, with
an update for all those Fans who have not received their refund for Tickets
purchased through PayPal, for the cancelled Jean Michel Jarre Concert
at the Powerstock Festival in Italy on July 26th 2007.
Carlo Brancati, Artistic Director of the Powerstock Festival spoke to
JARRE UK today, and asked us to inform Fans, that he expects all Fans
who have purchased Tickets through PayPal, to have received their refunds
by the end of this week, and that refunds had already started to be paid
back to Fans since late last week. Any Fan who has not received their
refund by this time next week, should E-Mail Carlo Brancati at info@powerstock.org.
The Powerstock Festival Organisers have also informed JARRE UK today,
that all Fans who purchased Tickets through TicketOne or Etes, should
by now have received their refunds. If this is not the case, and you are
still awaiting a refund, please E-Mail Carlo Brancati at info@powerstock.org.

POWERSTOCK TICKET REFUNDS
AUGUST
12TH: The
Powerstock Festival Organisers have contacted JARRE UK today, in response
to JARRE UK's notification to them, that many Fans who purchased Tickets
for the cancelled Jean Michel Jarre Concert at the Powerstock Festival
in Salerno, Italy on July 26th 2007, have still not been able to obtain
a refund, despite purchasing their Tickets through PayPal.
Over the last few weeks, JARRE UK has been in regular contact with the
Powerstock Festival's Concept Manager, Cesare Massimo, who has been more
than helpful in assisting Fans with issues surrounding the Concert's cancellation,
which included a generous offer to those Fans who could not cancel their
trip and chose to still travel to Italy, FREE Tickets for the remainder
of the Powerstock Festival's two days of musical performances.
Cesare Massimo has asked JARRE UK to deliver the following message to
all Jean Michel Jarre Fans who have not received their refund as of yet:-
"All Jarre Fans who purchased tickets using TicketOne and Etes
should have been refunded automatically.
Originally we thought that this was also the case for all purchases made
using PayPal, but now understand that this is not so.
We are currently liasing with PayPal to arrange the most efficient means
of refunding each Jarre Fan and hope to know more early next week.
Please bear with us and we will give you an update very soon.
