As a foot note, there was a version released of this album in Indonsesia under the name of Greatest Hits, containing 19 tracks. The album was only ever released in Cassette form, and the cover looks similiar to the Australian version shown above, but has a sticker on it stating that the album 'Features the original title theme from "Gallipoli"'. Welcome to the Discography pages of JARRE UK.

This French release is essentially the same as the UK edition of 'The Essential', but with the track 'Zoolookologie' from the album 'Zoolook' replacing 'Equinoxe 1'.

One strange thing to note about this album though is that it was released in 1985, YET it is supposed to feature tracks from 1976-1986 - hence the title. Weird.

Final note is that also an Australian edition of this album was released, but with a totally different picture sleeve than the regular edition, making it totally unique as the sleeve can not be seen anywhere else.
