Discography
Welcome
to the Discography pages of JARRE UK.
Images is certainly more than a 'Best of' album as it contains 3 new tracks
not previously release on an album, and also some of the other classic
tracks were re-orchestrated to give them a fresh, new feel - especially
Orient Express.
The track 'Moon Machine' was originally created for the Rendezvous album,
but was onyl ever released as a B-Side to the 12" release of the
Rendez-vous 4 Special Remix. 'Globe Trotter' was originally created for
the Concert of the Eclipse, in Mexico City, which unfortunately did not
go ahead, and so was included on this album so that fans would not miss
out on this classic track.
Eldorado was also originally intended for the Concert of the Eclipse,
but was later used by UNESCO as their Theme for Tolerance, and was played
live during the Concert for Tolerance.
The Sony 24bit digital remaster re-release contains an extra 3 tracks
- Wooloomooloo, Blah Blah Cafe, and Zoolookologie.
