Discography
Welcome
to the Discography pages of JARRE UK.
This 7" vinyl was to be Jean Michel's very first ever commercial
release, before Les Granges Bruleés and of course, Oxygene. With
both tracks originally being composed in 1969 while Jarre was studying
at the "Groupe de Recherches Musicales", it wasn't until 1971
that EMI bought the rights to the track and released it on Vinyl, with
an extremely limited release.
This is the rarest (after Music For Supermarkets) item by Jean Michel
you will find, and is very sought after, and can fetch up to £300
or more on some occasions if one is found for sale!
Also worthy of note is that there is also some mis-printed sleeve editions
out there that has Eros Machine being wrongly printed as being on both
sides!
