PRESS: NEW JARRE UK FORUM TAKEN OFFLINE

Yesterday Evening, JARRE UK had no choice but to take the NEW JARRE UK
Forum offline, as Forum Users reported to us, that the NEW JARRE UK Forum
had unexpectedly developed a series of Pop-Up Adverts, many of which were
extremely offensive and very inappropriate.
JARRE UK would like to unreservedly apologise to everyone who may have
been offended by these Pop-Up Adverts, and would like to assure you that
we had no knowledge that these Pop-Up Adverts would appear on the NEW
JARRE UK Forum. We would also like to assure you that we are doing our
best to try and find a solution to this problem, and until we do, the
current JARRE UK Forum will remain online until March 26th 2004.

NEW JARRE UK FORUM

28TH:
JARRE UK has recently been developing a NEW JARRE UK Forum, as recently
there has been a lot of Forum Abuse, and Forum Users have requested that
we prevent Forum Abusers from using Forum Users' Aliases, who make it
appear that they have been posting abuse.
In addition to this, the current JARRE UK Forum has always had annoying
Pop-Up Adverts, which JARRE UK has long seen as a problem, but at the
time when we introduced our Forum on February 16th 2001, this was, in
our opinion, probably one of the best FREE Forums available at that time.
In a twist to this tale, this week, EVERYONE.NET, who host the current
JARRE UK Forum, announced that they will be ceasing to host our Forum
from March 26th 2004, and as a result of this, JARRE UK is announcing
that the current JARRE UK Forum will close a week today on March 6th 2004.
The NEW JARRE UK Forum will therefore be officially launched on March
6th 2004, replacing the current JARRE UK Forum, and in order to allow
current Forum Users a transition period between Forums, JARRE UK has already
made the NEW JARRE UK Forum available online now, and we suggest that
current Forum Users move over to the NEW JARRE UK Forum as soon as possible.

Any feedback on the NEW JARRE UK Forum is very welcome, especially if
you have any ideas and suggestions on how JARRE UK can improve it. In

Today, Francis Dreyfus Music's NEW Jean Michel Jarre Greatest Hits Album,
"JEAN MICHEL JARRE: THE ESSENTIAL", was finally released in
Germany, delayed a week after the French & Swiss Releases.
JARRE UK would like to respectfully ask Jarre Fans in Europe to please
keep us posted on "JEAN MICHEL JARRE: THE ESSENTIAL" Release
Dates in their respective countries, as Francis Dreyfus Music informed
JARRE UK that it is their Distributors who decide when the Album gets
released, and therefore we are finding it difficult to acquire this information...Thanks

THE ESSENTIAL' ALBUM UPDATE

Today, JARRE UK contacted Francis Dreyfus Music, as it appears that their
NEW Jean Michel Jarre Greatest Hits Album, entitled "JEAN MICHEL
JARRE: THE ESSENTIAL", is currently available in France and Switzerland,
despite Francis Dreyfus Music informing JARRE UK only earlier this week,
that the Album had been delayed until March 1st 2004.
Today, Francis Dreyfus Music confirmed that "JEAN MICHEL JARRE: THE
ESSENTIAL" is indeed now currently available in France and Switzerland,
apparently released on February 16th 2004, as was originally planned.
Francis Dreyfus Music explained the confusion over the misinformation
regarding the delayed release date of March 1st 2004, stating that the
Album would not be released in most other European Countries, including
the UK, until at least that date, and they misinterpreted that JARRE UK
was only interested in acquiring information regarding the UK Release.
JARRE UK would like to apologise for the confusion, but would like to
point out that the UK Release of "JEAN MICHEL JARRE: THE ESSENTIAL",
although currently scheduled for Mid-March, may be delayed further, as
the Album is currently without a UK Distributor...WATCH THIS SPACE!!!

Today, Francis Dreyfus Music contacted JARRE UK and confirmed that their
forthcoming NEW Jean Michel Jarre Greatest Hits Album, entitled "JEAN
MICHEL JARRE: THE ESSENTIAL", on the Disques Dreyfus Label, has unfortunately
and unexplicably been delayed, and is now scheduled to be released throughout
Europe, on March 1st 2004.
