JEAN
MICHEL JARRE CONFIRMS 'AERÓ' CONCERT

MAY
15TH: Jean
Michel Jarre has confirmed that an 'AERÓ' Concert will go ahead
at the Gammel Vrå Enge Windmill Park in Aalborg, Denmark on September
7th 2002, at a Press Conference in Aalborg today.
Because Jean Michel Jarre has only secured approximately 12.5 Million
Danish Kroner (about 1.5 Million Euros) in Sponsorship, he will only be
performing one Concert, rather than the two that were originally planned.
Jean Michel Jarre
will still be seeking Sponsorship for the 'AERÓ' Concert up until
the Deadline of July 1st 2002, but has confirmed that he himself will
provide any remaining funding required to meet the costs of the Concert
after the Deadline, guaranteeing that the Concert will go ahead.
However, as with all Jean Michel Jarre Concerts, the 'AERÓ' Concert
is NOT 100% guaranteed to go ahead until the Contract is signed, and Jean
Michel Jarre's Management have indicated that the Contract is not likely
to be signed until Late June-Early July 2002...WATCH THIS SPACE!!!

JEAN
MICHEL JARRE 'AERÓ' CONCERTS UPDATE

MAY
8TH: Yesterday,
Danish Newspaper MetroExpress reported that Jean Michel Jarre is to visit
Copenhagen and Aalborg in Denmark on 15th May 2002 to attempt to raise
12.5 Million Danish Kroner in Sponsorship for his proposed 'AERÓ'
Concerts, scheduled to take place at the Gammel Vrå Enge Windmill
Park in Aalborg, Denmark on September 6th & 7th 2002.
Jean Michel Jarre is attempting to arrange a meeting with Crown Prince
Frederik of Denmark and the Danish Government, to ask for their support
for his proposed 'AERÓ' Concerts. Jean Michel Jarre had hoped that
Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark would spare an audience with
him, but unfortunately Her Majesty has other commitments at this time.
Despite Jean Michel Jarre only securing approximately 50% of the Sponsorship
needed, Jean Michel Jarre's Management have indicated that Jean Michel
Jarre is prepared to perform a Smaller Version of his proposed 'AERÓ'
Concerts, should he fail to raise the 25 Million Danish Kroner (3 Million
Euros) of Sponsorship needed...WATCH THIS SPACE!!!
