JEAN MICHEL JARRE DIANA DOCUMENTARY INTERVIEW

NOVEMBER 25TH: Yesterday, the UK Television Channel, Channel Five, broadcast 'DIANA'S TOP TEN', a Documentary about Diana: Princess Of Wales' Record Collection, featuring an Interview with Jean Michel Jarre.

JARRE UK contacted Ealing Studios, the Makers of 'DIANA'S TOP TEN', requesting a Transcript of Jean Michel Jarre's Interview...and here it is:-

"The first time I met Princess Diana, she said 'I am a fan of yours, and I have a few of your records, albums'. She absolutely loved dancing music, she was really into music, all kinds, all sorts of music, from classical and jazz and pop and rock obviously. So as a French republican, I was quite proud that part of the royalty could appreciate some gallic music."

JEAN MICHEL JARRE ON PRINCESS DIANA DOCUMENTARY

NOVEMBER 24TH: Tonight, the UK Television Channel, Channel Five, broadcast a Documentary about the late Diana: Princess Of Wales' Record Collection, entitled 'DIANA'S TOP TEN', which featured Jean Michel Jarre.

Diana: Princess Of Wales had Jean Michel Jarre's 'OXYGENE' as part of her Record Collection, and as such Jean Michel Jarre was interviewed. The Interview was approximately 45 Seconds, accompanied by Jean Michel Jarre's 'OXYGENE 10' 'SASH' Remix Video, obviously a mistake by Channel Five, as 'OXYGENE 10' is not featured on the 'OXYGENE' Album.

'DIANA'S TOP TEN', however, failed to mention Diana: Princess Of Wales' attendance of Jean Michel Jarre's 'DESTINATION DOCKLANDS' Concert in 1988, despite mentioning other Artist's Concerts that she had attended.

NOVEMBER 12TH: French Satellite Channel Match TV (www.match-tv.fr) is to broadcast Jean Michel Jarre's 'AKROPOLIS' Concert and the as yet Unreleased Documentary 'THE MAKING OF THE TWELVE DREAMS OF THE SUN' from 20:45 (8:45pm) (Local Time) on December 30th 2002.

'THE MAKING OF THE TWELVE DREAMS OF THE SUN' Broadcast will be the First Television Broadcast of the Unreleased Documentary anywhere in the World, and is directed by Jean Louis Remilleux, Director of Match TV, and Author of the Official Jean Michel Jarre Biography (1987).
